1. Order Processing
All purchases are prepared and dispatched from our warehouses within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
The processing stage includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the selected shipping carrier.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
2. Shipping Timeframes & Fees
Once your package has been shipped, the estimated delivery conditions are:
Estimated shipping time: 10 to 20 business days
Shipping fee: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders
Total estimated delivery timeframe:
Processing time plus shipping time, which typically ranges from 13 to 23 business days.
3. Possible Delays
Please understand that all delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Customs inspections and clearance procedures
Carrier service disruptions or transportation delays
We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow a few business days for the carrier to update tracking details after receiving the confirmation message.
5. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. This approach helps speed up processing and improves overall delivery efficiency.
Each dispatched package will have its own Shipping Confirmation email with an individual tracking number.
6. Order Modifications
Requests to change order details (such as shipping address, item size, color, or quantity) are time-sensitive.
All modification requests must be submitted before the order enters the shipping process. We strongly recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please email our support team including:
Your order number (example: 060SHOP-123331) and confirmation email
A clear explanation of the requested changes
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier typically holds the package at a local distribution center.
Customers should contact the local carrier directly, providing the tracking code, to arrange redelivery or pickup.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to:
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Failure to collect packages within the carrier's deadline
8. Shipping Status Inquiries
It is normal for tracking updates to pause while the parcel is in transit.
As a general rule, if tracking shows activity within the past 7 days, the shipment is still moving through the carrier’s network.
If there are no updates for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact our support team for assistance.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit after more than 7 days without tracking updates, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
Important Notice:
Our responsibility does not extend to packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system. We are not liable for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery at the provided address.
10. Shipping Destinations & Origin
Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If our logistics partners are unable to serve a specific location, we will contact you promptly so alternative arrangements can be made.
Origin of Shipment
To offer a wide product variety, orders may be shipped from our fulfillment centers located in:
United States
Canada
Australia
European Union
Some products may also be shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
Delivery estimates: Timeframes are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other external factors.
Customs duties & taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
Address accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect information.
Delivered packages: Our responsibility ends once the tracking system confirms successful delivery. We are not liable for lost or stolen items after that point.
